AI Hotel Lobby provides on-demand digital video generations. Please review the terms below before starting a paid generation.

Digital work, clearly priced.
All purchases are final. Because a paid generation uses third-party model compute as soon as it starts, we do not offer refunds for completed, partially completed, or submitted generations.
Before you purchase
The exact price and the requested generation details are shown before checkout. By completing payment, you confirm that your photos, prompt, scene selection, and output format are correct and that you want us to begin processing.
No refunds for preference changes
We cannot refund a generation because the result is different from a creative preference, because you changed your mind, or because you uploaded an image or prompt you no longer want to use. Please check your inputs carefully before submitting.
Technical failures
If a generation fails because of a confirmed service or processing error and no usable result is delivered, contact us at support@aihotellobby.co with your order details. We will review the task and, at our discretion, provide a replacement generation or another appropriate resolution. A failed review is not an automatic promise of a cash refund.
